Federal Life is a mutual company; so, we are owned by our policyholders (people who have insurance contracts with us). This is different from a stock company which is owned by stockholders (people with ownership shares of a company).


Our Home Office is located in the Chicago metro area. We are licensed to do business in all states except: Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont.
