SINGLE PREMIUM ANNUITIES
• must maintain a minimum balance of $2,000.00 in the account after the withdrawal.
• There are no penalties for partial withdrawals that are less than 10% of the account value as of the last anniversary. Any withdrawal exceeding the 10% limit may be subject to a charge.



FLEXIBLE PREMIUM ANNUITIES
• Flexible Premium Annuities must maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the account after any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Penalties vary by the duration of each payment.
