How can I pay my premiums?     [+/-]




When do I pay my premiums?     [+/-]
    Premiums must be paid on or before your premium due date. As a reminder we will send a premium notice 22 days before your premium due date. For customers on our Electronic Funds Transfer Program premiums will automatically be deducted on a monthly basis from your bank account.



How can I change my bank information for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)?     [+/-]



How can I change how often I pay my premium?     [+/-]

Why are there changes to my bill amount?     [+/-]

    Some common reasons your bill may change include:

    • Your term life insurance policy has entered a renewal period.
    • Your Additional Insured Rider or Annual Renewable Term Rider has entered a new renewal period.
    • You increased or decreased your face amount on the policy since the last billing cycle.
    • You added or removed a rider or benefit from your policy since the last billing cycle.
    • A rider on the contract has reached its natural expiry.
    • You changed the planned periodic premium on your universal life policy.
    • A temporary rating has reached the end of its rating period.
