Reinstatements - Life Insurance

You may apply for reinstatement of your life insurance policy for up to 5 years after the policy lapses by completing an application for reinstatement and submitting a payment to cover all past due policy costs. Reinstatement of your policy is subject to the approval of our underwriters. Please contact the Policyholder Service department at (800) 233-3750 ext. 503 for more information about reinstatement.
