The Express Enrollment Plan*

The Express Enrollment Plan is a permanent group whole life plan with a level death benefit that serves the need for final expense coverage or any need for a small amount of life insurance. This plan has guaranteed premiums and enrollment is done using a simplified enrollment form. The plan also offers an Accelerated Death Benefit Feature.

Issue Ages: 30-80 (age nearest birthday)
Minimum certificate size: $2,500
Maximum certificate size: $25,000
